This versatile housing, part of the ICS20 family, is designed for DIN rail mounting and features modular construction. It measures 20mm in width, 7.25mm in height, and 22.4mm in depth, with a light gray (RAL 7035) connection plate made of PA material, rated V0 for flammability and 600 for CTI. The PCB, 1.4mm to 1.8mm thick, fits into a slot mount, with two holders available. The housing is tested for vibration (IEC 60068-2-6), glow-wire (IEC 60695-2-11), and thermal stability (IEC 60695-10-2), withstanding 2.5 hours per axis, 30 seconds at 850C, and 1 hour at 125C with a 20N force, respectively. It also passes mechanical strength tests (IEC 60068-2-31, IEC 60068-2-27) involving 50cm drops, 15g shocks, and a test for paint/varnish hindering substances (VDMA 24364). The IP20-rated housing operates between -40C and 105C, stores/transports between -40C and 55C, and assembles between -5C and 100C, all at 80% relative humidity. It's packaged in resealable bags, with 10 pieces per pack and a minimum order of 10. It's UL Recognized, EU RoHS and China RoHS compliant, with no REACH SVHC substances above 0.1 wt%. The modular system allows for flexible use, integrating standardized connections like RJ45, USB, D-SUB, and antenna sockets, optimizing space and design adaptability. It also supports customized connection technology and easy push-in mounting of assembled PCBs.
