AXEON® Chemical Injection Systems with Pulsafeeder Chem-Tech™ Series XP peristaltic pumps offer a wide range of capacities for chemical treatment applications. Each system consists of a Pulsafeeder Series XP peristaltic chemical pump and a polyethylene chemical tank, complete with all necessary hoses and fittings. Available in 4 GPD and 15 GPD pump outputs with 30-gallon tanks, operating on 110V.
For growers running AXEON RO systems, chemical injection is the recommended method for dosing AXEON S-200 Membrane Antiscalant to prevent membrane fouling and extend membrane life. The peristaltic pump design delivers accurate, repeatable dosing without direct chemical contact with the pump mechanism - suitable for acids, caustics, and most water treatment chemicals. Designed to the highest industry standards with a compact footprint for easy installation and servicing.
